Decisions regarding property (e.g. lending, purchasing) often involve long time horizons and considerable capital outlay.

Stakeholders on all sides may therefore be interested in several questions, such as:

• How was the climate at a certain address over recent decades?
• How (un)comfortable could the climate there be in 30 years’ time?
• Could continued climate change influence (either increase or decrease) property value or attractiveness?
• How much investment in insulation, heating, and/or coooling solutions could be required, both now and in the future?
• How is the air quality at a given address? Could it affect my health, or that of my family?
